About Empowered Family Services
Our History
Empowered Family Services was founded in 2025 by Kelly Webb.
She has 7 years experience as a FIFO mum, her son was 7 weeks old when they began their FIFO journey.
Through the chaos of raising a child with no village, Covid, loss of jobs, full time work, study and a relationship breakdown, Kelly utilised her own tools and rebuilt her health, her relationship and her life.
Saddened by the statistics of FIFO family breakdown, Kelly is driven to help other families avoid the conflict, reconnect and thrive together.
Our Method
Combining powerful coaching methodologies, child development knowledge and Steiner Education principles, Kelly understands that every family is different and therefore every situation will require a unique approach.
Our programmes are unique in that they aren't for Mum or Dad, the children or a specific child. Our programmes are for the ENTIRE family.
